Check this out, landlords trying to evict us with 3 weeks notice, our dog barked one night when it was alone in thunderstorm and yesterday landlord served us eviction notice b/c of on going disturbance due to barking dog, the dog is rarely alone as its shared between 2 couples, it rarely/never barks, in the notice landlords says it barks nonstop and made up dates and times dog barks incessantly when you leave for work in the mornings, but Laura and i dont go to work in the mornings were home w quiet dog, and said it barks all morning on this date, but the dog was staying at another building on that date there was no dog in the apartment to bark etc, landlord says if problem isnt fixed in 7 days we are evicted by august 18, (3 weeks) how do you stop a dog that isnt barking from barking lol what if land lord says it barks when it doesnt bark just to evict us - Anyways going to tribunal today, let you know how it goes xo~ pet lover
