Checked in at 9am. 3 hour walking tour around SF. Ended up breaking off the tour with some Aussies and Frenchmen to head to the fishermans Wharf to buy our future Alcatraz tickets. Made our way back to China town for unlimited dumplings. Legit dumplings. The kind I havent had since I was alone in China. I broke off on my own to sketch and drink espresso at one of the cafes where Allen Ginsburg wrote Howl. Kerouac and Steinbeck were here. I saw George Lucas walk through Union Square. I had dinner with a Belgian woman at the hostel. Shes visiting every national park in the states. She speaks 6 languages and wants to be a translator. A woman who works at a Swiss Bank bought me a beer. I took a subway to Castro street with some Americans. Were drunk. Were American.
