Cheese cake recipe....egg 3ta, 2 litre dudher chana, condensed milk 3/4th tin,lebur rosh 1/2 cup (if u like), digestive or marie biscuit one packet guro koray nitay hoba, melted butter two table spoon, corn flour or maida one table spoon.....at first biscuit guro koray koray melted butter diye mix koray nin, j mould a banaben sheta tay ai mix ta set koray nin freeze a rakhun 20/30 minute set hobar jonno....tarpor egg,chana, condensed milk & jodi lebur rosh ditay chan ta holay diben...shob kiso ek sathay blend koray nin...freeze a rakha mould ta ber koray egg er mix ta dhele din....oven a bake korun 160 degree celcius a 30 minute,lower shelf a diben...blend korar samay maida ta diye diben :)
