Cheeseburger Pie - Family Favorite!! 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1 small onion 1 green pepper 2 tsp. oregano, salt and pepper (to taste) 2 C shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 C Bisquick 1 C milk 2 Eggs Cook hamburger, onion, pepper, oregano, salt and pepper together Spray a glass pie plate with non-stick butter spray and pour hamburger mixture into plate. Sprinkle 1 C cheddar cheese over mixture In a bowl mix together bisquick, milk and eggs - pour over hamburger/cheese, top with rest of cheddar cheese and bake for about 30 minutes at 350.
