Cheesy bacon Chicken breast with mushroom sauce 3 boneless chicken breast 1 can of cream of mushroom 1 onion 5 button mushrooms sliced ( or more if u like) 4 strips of cooked bacon ( chopped ) I slice the chicken breast in half and get 6 out of 3 ( not needed if u can eat a whole one) Preheat your skillet with olive oil , and salt and pepper your chicken breast ( I used my cast iron grill skillet to get the grill marks ) Place chicken in skillet and sear each side . While chicken is cooking , fry up your bacon and drain and break into pieces .. pour your cream of mushroom soup into a mixing bowl and add about 1/2 cup of water and mix . Slice your onion and mushrooms and add to soup mixture mixing all together.. Transfer your chicken to a casserole dish then pour soup mixture over all the chicken . Top with bacon and place in preheated oven @ 350, for about 30-40 minutes The last 5 minutes I add Swiss cheese to the top . Serve with rice or noodles .
