*Cheesy status* ok so started a beginner Olympic lifting course, many technical faults in this, my second pull isnt great, I need to extend my hips more, my squat landing could be lower and I need to get under the bar quicker!! But I wanted to post it cause Im proud of my little self and also to demonstrate that no matter what fitness level or ability you are everyone has to start somewhere..everyone was once a beginner and gets things wrong and struggles and fails sometimes..like I am now! Try and you will succeed even if it takes time :-)
