JOB-831559 Description Chef de Partie required for an exciting & popular Restaurant on Main Street Gorey. We are looking for a Chef with 3-4 years experience to become a member of our team. We work with fresh, local produce and make our own range including sausages, puddings, bacon, chutneys etc. as well as curing meat from scratch from our own home reared livestock to be served in the restaurant. The right candidate must be able to work as part of a team and on their own section. Job can be full-time or part-time. Skills Requirements The right candidates will need to be hard working, highly skilled, work well within a team, show dedication and pride in their work and have a proven track record. 3-4 year experience in a busy kitchen is a necessity. Experience of making sausages or a butchering knowledge will be an advantage.
