Chef Poem: If you dont fit in; Blend in.... Mix and Match.... Use what you got even if you forgotten and did not right the recipe.... You dont have to be exact in measurements; taste and add your preferred sweetness, saltiness, sourness, bitterness, softness, crunchiness, and Reminisce the newly discovered flavor when the ingredients became nsync.... Ingredients that are under your nose that was mixed and matched can become the new cuisine.... Sometimes it does not make sense like Gumbo or a mix of sausage and seafood.... Denenengding a mix of okra fish and vegetables.... I have discovered that Cuisine does not really have a set of rules; you just custom and integrate ingredients that is available and what makes it not boring or same old same old.... Simplicity is an art of its own.... Complexicity is an art of Diversity.... Combine the two; you get innovation.... Cuisine is a Continuest of link that bridge cultures together and rediscovered by the individual who eats or prepare it.... Clay Chef Al
