Chef Shane has been our "go to"caterer for any event. We have gotten to the point where we tell him what type of food ,how many people and let him suggest and set the menu. He has always out performed our expectations. Our guests always rave for months how awesome the food is. In addition when they leave its like they never were there. Everything is cleaned and put away. For our most recent event he was on an assignment out of town and we tailored our dates around when he could make our party happen.
