Duties include: assisting lead Chef; food preparation; maintaining Health and Safety standards; keeping the kitchen area tidy at all times; maintenance of stock records; undertake any other duties deemed reasonable by Manager/Supervisor. The successful candidates will be required to do the following among other tasks: Full hot breakfast production for 30. Produce 2 lunch menus for approx. 30. Food preparation for coming week. Cash register tallying. Posts can be permanent/temporary, full time/part time. This is the ideal job for someone who enjoys working to a schedule and is also available to start immediately.
