Chef needs our help. Please share- At the height of typhoon Mario, when we are all worried about our home and love ones stranded in continuous rising flood water, I found the dilemma of this family so heart breaking. While we worry of Continuous rainfall and danger from the elements of a typhoon, this family worries about loosing their basic shelter not from the typhoon but from a demotion team. When a group of men demolished their home allegedly without any documents to present. While family members went to the precint to complain, these men allegedly continue to destroy their house in their absence. Am sharing this facebook thread because I am so touched by their ordeal. Not to mention I found out this is the home of one of my FB cheffy friend abroad, some members of the family were not present as they are our modern day heroes working overseas. The worries they must have felt seeing their home destroyed... Feeling helpless from where they are. I felt I need to share this story so that their story can reach more awareness or even media. Hopefully someone can investigate and help solve this mystery of demolition at the height of a typhoon!
