Chelsea had a miserable day yesterday. She felt really bad. She had some delayed side effects from chemo which made her feel like she had the flu. She ran a low grade fever of about 100. She slept most of the day. They did another chest xray this morning and it didnt look to good there was still some air and fluid in her chest. One of the chest tubes was not draining correctly so they aspirated as much as they could get out with a syringe. They did remove about 20 ml of fluid and air from one tube and 10 mi from the other . they hooked her to suction for awhile to try and get the rest out. She will get another chest xray around noon to see how things look and they still may remove one of the tubes but not sure about the other one. Hoping tomorrow will be the day she gets out. She is a trooper because it had definitely been painful. Praying for Gods Miracle for Chelsea. Praying for no more chest tubes and a fast recovery and no more cancer! God Bless!
