The Daily Mail says Chelsea are to open talks today over a new four-year contract for Ivanovic. The combative defender, who turned 30 last month, has two years left to run on his current deal but Chelsea are willing to offer improved terms on his £120,000 a week salary. Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid have both shown interest in Ivanovic but he is keen to extend his stay at Stamford Bridge where he has become a trusted figure for manager Jose Mourinho.
