Chelsea look like regaining the Premier League title for the first time since 2010 this season under the guidance of club legend Jose Mourinho. However, with a relatively poor strike-force when compared to nearest competitors Manchester City, the Blues need creativity to come from midfield. Here are their five most creative stars this term. 5. Frank Lampard - 24 chances created in 20 games Its not been the best of campaigns for the 35- year-old, but the England international still has enough talent to edge onto this list. Lampard may not be staying at Stamford Bridge beyond this campaign and so the midfielder will want to finish a successful 13-year spell on a high. 4. Ramires - 28 chances created in 24 matches Its been a great year for the Brazilian, who has developed his game to add a more defensive edge and is now a superb option as a box-to-box midfielder. However, its going forward where Ramires is the most potent and this is shown by the chances that the 26-year-old has created. 3. Oscar - 33 chances created in 24 matches Mourinho put a fair amount of pressure on the Brazil international at the start of the season by naming the 23-year-old as his preferred No.10 ahead of Juan Mata. Well since then the Spaniard has been sold to Manchester United and Oscar has made the step to become one of the best attacking midfielders in the division. 2. Willian - 37 chances created in 17 matches It was a slow start for the winger in west London following a huge £30m transfer from Anzhi Makhackala in the summer of 2013. Yet a great work ethic and obvious talent from the 25-year-old has seen the South American really grow in confidence and now Willian is a stalwart in the first team. 1. Eden Hazard - 65 chances created in 24 matches However, its little surprise to see which player is way out in front as Hazard has been utterly brilliant once again at the Bridge. The Belgium international seems to have stepped up from his first year in England - despite being nominated for the 2013 PFA Player of the Year award - and is now being billed as one of the worlds best.
