Chelsea plotting FIVE mega signings for the summer The Blues have made it clear they will not allow any of their star players to leave in the coming months, and have strictly ruled out the sale of Player of the Year award winner, Eden Hazard. French champions PSG are willing to spend a whopping £49m on the Belgium ace and are understood to have sounded out a possible deal that would see Edinson Cavani make a switch to Stamford Bridge. Chelsea however have turned their attentions to other targets, and have selected Five new players who they will look to recruit for the 2014/15 campaign. The west London side are set to complete the £32m mega-deal for Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa after the Champions League final, and are also looking at Bayern Munichs Mario Mandzukic, who is set to depart the German champions this summer. Porto defender Eliaquim Mangala has made it clear he is keen on a move to Chelsea, saying recently: City or Chelsea? Chelsea, because it is London. There have been discussions with Manchester City, but the clubs did not reach an agreement. Two other targets include left back Alberto Moreno, a replacement for Ashley Cole, and Ivan Rakitic, a midfielder. Both have played pivotal roles in Sevillas resurgence this season, helping the club in its campaign to win the Europa League.
