Cherries are at market this weekend! Hill Top Farm from Oliver, BC will be starting their season this Sunday - Be sure to come early to pick up a bag. This week’s musical entertainers are Stringz Aloud! Don Kellet and Susan Vigneux (Coquitlam based musicians) are performing string based music in a variety of genres from Swing to Latin to Gypsy Jazz to Hawaiian. This week’s topic in our series focusses on Traditional Aboriginal Fare as we celebrate Aboriginal Day this Sunday. Please visit our demonstration tent to learn about Traditional First Nations Food. You can kick off the weekend by attending the National Aboriginal Day Celebration at the Port Moody Museum on Saturday, June 21st from 12pm – 3pm. In our community tent the Port Moody Arts Centre will be joining us! Be sure to stop by to learn about their program lineup for the summer. Mark your calendars!
