Cherries at this time of year and so juicy ripe, tomorrow Ill have raspberries for breakfast. I can do this, no more wheat and rice (except brown rice)! I noticed that when I had pizza that it gave me gut rot, so there must be something with the gluten factor. No more bread, no more cinnamon buns, no more pasta, no more spaghetti, no more KD. OMG, LOL! I will live 100% better. When I think about it, I come from a hunter-gatherer society and people and its only been a bit under 200 years since first contact with another culture, we started with bannock, then breads. Our bodies can only handle so much change and adaptation is a time changer too. Im also mixed-blood to that wreaks more havoc as well, in my opinion that is. I cant imagine how much will change for me and my health in the next few months alone; I imagine that its had a lot to do with my sinuses and allergies, plus the achy joints that aggravate the arthritis. The feeling of clouded thinking at times. Be gone cancer and be gone diabetes. Time to kick some ass! There are certain foods that I like to eat and lots that I dont like; I am unable to eat eggs; raw apples, carrots, cherries, and now peas, but I dont mind the itch in the ear, the slightly swollen lip and tongue, cooked is better. I like cantaloupe, cucumber, alfalfa, cheese, yogurt, no soy - hormones, love moose meat - my way, sheep meat, hamburger, angus steak, chicken - as long as I dont have to touch it raw, .... having fun with this figuring out stuff. Oh and mush (oatmeal) and Id like to learn more about qinuoa. I got a bag of red lentils, but I dont know what to do with them, do you spice them up, or just boil the shit outta them.
