Cherry Blossom Tree Twisted and knotted, Warm and brown. Arms reaching towards the sky. Branches bursting forth With bright white flowers, Delicately tinged light pink. Clustered together so tightly. Held so close, but not too long. The time draws near, And the wind blows strong. Millions of petals dance in the air. Tiny kisses of pink and white snow Fall on your skin and hair. The sky is ablaze. And the wind teeming. A blanket of blossoms beneath your feet. What a sight, what a wonder. What beautiful nature to behold. Sara Foley
