Chery Alpha Concept Proves Chery Are Learning Fast--- Chery’s latest Alpha Concept sedan comes as the company is taking a long hard look at the cars they are currently making and understanding what consumers really want both in China and internationally. Chery have worked hard over the past few months to attract some of the best talent in the auto industry over to their team and it seems that their investments are paying off dividends if the Chery Alpha is anything to go by. The new Alpha sedan appears as Chery just hired their new designer, Mr. Hakan Saracoglu, from Porsche to design their new future models. The Alpha sedan’s finest point are the 21inch wheels buried into each corner of the car, the side profile is muscular and sporty that gives the Alpha some real proportions – as if it was the thinking man’s Audi A3 sedan, the headlights have more than just a touch of Audi in them at least. The interior was very much Volvo in its style – simple and stylish – pictures of those coming tomorrow. Outside the auto show there was billboard upon billboard of Chery’s CEO announcing that ‘Quality was coming home’ with the Alpha sedan as a supposed testimony to that statement, truth be told it seems that if this is the direction that Chery is heading in they might just crack the market once and for all. Even the new QQ looks good.
