Chest & Tris Workout from earlier: • Bench Press 4x12 @ #185 -- DropSet • Bench Press 4x8 @ #135 (45sec Rest) • Incline Dumbbell Press 3x12 -- SuperSet • Polequin Flys 3x8 • Seated Chest Press (4 Plates) 3x10 -- DropSet • Seated 1 Arm Chest Press (2 Plates) 3x8 • Pec Deck 3x15 -- SuperSet • Triceps PullDowns 3x15 (run the rack on the last set) • Cable Flys 3x15 -- SuperSet • Dips 3x12 (tempo 4) --- the key here is intensity and focus; I kept rest very short 45sec between drop and supers (no rest when switching exercises within a drop or super) --- this style workout isnt for everyone
