Chest and tris today. Absolutely killed it. I love how my progress is coming along. Dips are a go-to to develop those horseshoe triceps. Just make sure to go to at least a 90 degree elbow bend before pushing up. I see too many cheat reps where people bend about 30 degrees and call it a dip. Here is a clip from todays dips at 70 pounds and feelin light!! The more upright your torso is, the more emphasis is placed on the triceps. The more parallel to the floor, the more your chest is emphasized.
