Chest day!! 2 exercises shown are 1) Unilateral Chest machine press, I use this exercise in my routine for overall chest thickness! With this I either go really heavy with my training partner or I implement well controlled reps with 3-4s negative and 1-2s positive! Always focusing on the squeeze at the top of the movement!! 2) Cable Crossovers, this exercise is used for your inner pectorals! It creates that line between your chest, will show crazy striations along your inner pecs as you progress! With this exercise its also important to squeeze at the top of the movement and get a full stretch at the bottom of the movement!
