Chevy- Chevy is a 9 y/o sorrel QH gelding. Zippo Pine Bar bloodlines. He is about 15.4hh tall. Chevy has lots of show experience and a great mind. Has been shown in 4-H, taken to state fair(placing in top ten), taken to many open horse clinics, and open shows. In his previous home he was shown by an 8 year old girl. Although he does need a little bit of a strong hand sometimes. He is always in the placings. He is a very all around horse, he excels in Hunt Seat with big fluid movement. He can also be slowed for western pleasure. I have carried a flag on him with no issue. He can also be trail ridden if he is not alone, when by himself he becomes nervous. No problem with loading, clipping(except for ears, he doesnt like it but will tolerate.), bathing, shoeing. He does have a club foot on which he has a previous injury and he was out for about a year. However now he is doing fine and it doesnt bother him or effect his abilities as long as he has proper hoof care, sometimes if ridden too hard he can become sore but its not a major issue for him. He has a big personality and will make somebody a great horse. Selling because I dont have much time for him and hate to see him go to waste! Would like to see him go to a show home!
