Cheyenne is a 3yr old registered(no papers in hand) paint mare that stands about 14.2 or 3. This mare needs an experienced home or a trainer looking for a project, I will not place her with a beginner or for someones kids. Cheyenne came from an auction and was not handled much before I got her. She has a very spooky nature but has gotten better in the time Ive had her. I have not started her under saddle due to my lack of time and the fact that I feel she is not mentally ready. As far as ground manners they are fairly good, she can have her moments though. She is easy to catch once she gets to know you, but it may take a few weeks to gain her trust. You can pick up her front feet but she is very weary about her back ones, so needs more work with them. Despite her lack of handling before I got her she does load well. I have brought this little mare a long way but with having a 1yr old and no time to work with her consistently I need to find her a good home. I will be checking references for anyone interested in homing her. I will also require you to come meet and handle her to make sure its a good fit. Im asking $500 but am negotiable to the right home.
