Chez Vous Expertligent Fix You Programme: Yi Jun Fixed By: Veyond Chong, Associate Salon Director of Chez Vous Description: Yi Jun approached Chez Vous in January 2015, requesting assistance for her unsatisfactory perm job did in one of the neighborhood salon. The insufficient tension applied when winding the rods caused the curls to loosen considerably within 5 days. Also, the type of perm selected for Yi Jun was incorrect (i.e. not suited for Yi Juns hair texture). The most severe problem is that the hair was unsatisfactorily cut; which did not complement the perm nor the direction of the hair flow. In fact, one side of the hair is longer than the other. Lastly, there were also signs of bend marks on the left section of her hair. Fix You Process: To fix this, Associate Salon Director, Veyond Chong first applied a layer of premium pre-treatment lotion to help restore her hair and prep it for the subsequent chemical services. Thereafter, Veyond carefully rebonded (straightened) the upper portion of her hair to smooth out those frizz. A treatment grade cold perm was performed at the hair ends in a selective manner to give Yi Jun the soft curls she desired. Veyond also re-cut the hair entirely to better accentuate the soft curls. End Results: Curls that are soft and gentle at the end; yet easy to managed.
