Chicken Balsamico by Chef Ton Abad of Vikings Restaurant Ingredients: Chicken fillet Balsamic vinegar Garlic Lemongrass Whole peppercorn Bay leaf Chicken stock Kesong Puti Salted egg Cherry tomato Procedure: 1. I-marinate ang manok sa asin, paminta at dinikdik na tanglad 2. Magpa-init ng mantika at i-sear ang manok for 3 mins., itabi. 3. I-saute ang garlic. Lagyan ng balsamic vinegar at chicken stock. Pakuluan hanggang ma-reduce. 4. Sa ibang kawali, lagyan ng butter at i-sear ang kesong puti 5. Isama ang chicken sa sauce at lutuin ng 2 minuto 6. Iayos sa isang plate kasama ang manok, kesong puti, kamatis, itlog na maalat at sauce.
