Chicken Cashew Stir Fry Sauce: combine the following * 4 tbs sweet cherry * 2 tbs peanut oil * 3 tbs soy sauce * 3 tbs sweet soy sauce * 2 tsp corn flour Cook chicken in pan with some oil. Once cooked add vegies and 1 cup raw cashews and stir fry. Add sauce once all cooked and serve with rice or stir in rice noodles. Some vegies I add are: broccoli, Zucchini, spring onions, capsicum, mushrooms
