Chicken Egg White Drop Soup: 4 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken 1 cup egg white Season to taste with minced garlic, horseradish, chives, salt, pepper, onion powder, peppercorns Mix seasonings in broth and stir, bring to rolling boil. Slowly stir in egg whites with a whisk in one direction. Turn off heat. Gently mix in cooked shredded chicken. Makes 6 small servings 34.1 cal/6.1 protein/ 0.3 fat/ 2.1 carbs.
