Chicken Noodle Casserole 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 family size can of cream of chicken soup 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers 1 pkg. egg noodles 8 oz. sour cream 1 stick of butter Boil chicken then cut it up into bite size pieces. Boil and drain noodles. Mix soup, 1 can of water and sour cream together. Then add chicken and noodles. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Melt butter and crush crackers. Mix crackers and butter and spread over chicken noodle mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
