Chicken breast satay with rice 1kg Chicken breast diced 4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter (could use less as it was quiet flavoursome) 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce (could use less I used more as to tone down the other peanut flavour) 2 tablespoons of Soy sauce (again could use less if using less of others) 1 tablespoon tomato sauce (Ketchup) 1/2 cup of sweet chilli sauce (again optional on how much you use) 1 tin of coconut milk *** other recipe says to add minced garlic, I didnt have any so left this out*** Cooked on low for 8 hours Served with basmati rice I started off using less in the beginning and added to it towards the end to tone down the peanut butter flavour. Ended up with a good balance of flavours. My nearly 4 year old son who is super fussy at the moment and doesnt want to eat what we do most nights at nearly a full bowl :-)
