Chicken pepper steak INGREDIENTS * Chicken fillet 1/2 kg * Black pepper 1 tsp * Salt to taste * H.P sauce 1 tbsp * Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp * Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp * Mustard paste 2 tsp * Oil 1 tbsp * Lemon juice 1 tsp * For Pepper Sauce: * Oil 2 tbsp * Onion 2 tbsp * Garlic paste 2 tsp * Black pepper 1 tsp * Brown sauce 1/2 cup * Cream 4 tbsp COOKING DIRECTIONS * Add chicken, salt, H.P sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger garlic paste, mustard paste, lemon juice and oil in a bowl and mix well. * Then marinate for 1 hour and keep in fridge. * Now heat oil in frying pan and fry chicken fillet well. * Delicious chicken fillet is ready. * Dish out and make cuts and serve with black pepper sauce. * For Pepper Sauce: Preheat oil in a pan and fry onion until golden brown. * Then add garlic paste and mix well. * Now add black pepper and brown sauce and cook for a while. * When sauce becomes thicken then do flame off. * Then add cream and mix well. * Pepper sauce is ready._________________________________________
