Chicken with plum tomato burgundy sauce. Rub garlic and herb spice all over chicken and grill till done (168 degrees) 28 oz can of peeled plumb tomatoes 28oz can of tomato sause 6 oz can of tomato paste 1 cup brandy Salt, pepper,basil, oregano (to your liking) 4 cloves sliced garlic (thin) Half a red and orange bell pepper. Pearl onions Tablespoon of olive oil. Bring sause and cooked chicken to boil then cover and simmer for half hour. Add pasta of your choice. Top with parmesan and have a nice glass of the same brandy you added to the sauce. .
