Chickpeas two ways - I couldnt resist a small amount of fresh green garbanzos, and I had a lovely batch from dried beans that himself prepared for me Thursday. Slightly kizzend the green ones in a bit of evoo then finished with lime and Aleppo. Let those cool while I assembled a salad of tomatoes, cooked chickpeas olives over butter lettuce, some andante duet cheese and basil infused oil from LC. 2nd course - coil of Italian sausage from Thistle and some pasta!
