Chief Calvin Williams , Police Commissioner Of Cleveland Police needs to resign ! This man is a token and stands out like a crack head at a Presidential Debate ! The tiptoeing around the racial issues in Cleveland by him is mind boggling !! The Justice Dept. has ruled that Excessive Force is stemic in the Cleveland Police Dept. The blatant killing of unarmed black men , is insultingly reversed and the attention is put on police being afraid ! If so , they should not be in our community !! They treat us all as criminals !! That is their view of us !! So physically assault us and shoot us !! They hate us !! Face this reality !! They must be removed from our presence ! But from federal , state and local govt conspiring to criminalize a whole race of people it will be one hell of a challenge !!
