Reporting to the Board you will work collaboratively to ensure sound governance, effective strategic planning and financial management. In addition you will provide leadership to your team in the delivery of projects and services to the highest possible standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate, resilient and confident with the ability to bring a visionary leadership style to the organisation to achieve strategic goals in accordance with company values. In addition a demonstrated ability to communicate with, develop and maintain effective working relationships with tenant groups, funding body representatives and other stakeholders is essential. As they embark on this leadership change, it is important that whoever secures this pivotal role makes a commitment to the organisation, building on the solid foundations you will be instrumental in the growth and strategic delivery of the long term business plan. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working at senior level, preferably within a Community Housing organisation and hold a Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Housing, Community Development, Construction or Property Development or Business Management.
