Chief Minister Siddaramaiah warns his cabinet colleagues of RSS influence ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Siddaramaiah the only true socialist leader to become Karnataka CM long after J H Patel, has warned his ministers to take extra care and see that no right wing elements or people sympathetic to RSS ideology infiltrate their close circles. In fact, there are many civil servants (also some Congressmen?) who subscribe to and practice RSS upper class hegemony while discharging their duty. It would be tough for many ministers to work with them. And many power brokers and middlemen in the corridors of power belong to RSS ideology and they are close to leaders of many parties including the Congress. How will the ministers avoid them? How will they reverse the government orders passed at the behest of RSS in last six years? The only way a minister can deal with this is to lead his portfolio himself –not leave it to be controlled by the officials. Sadly many ministers dont assert their leadership in managing their portfolio at all. By the while the CM asks the ministers to stay away from RSS infiltration into their close circles, what about majority of media which is controlled and orchestrated by RSS?
