Chief Swoboda is the honorary chairperson for the 14th Annual Festival of Trees, an event that benefits the Ecker Center for Mental Health. The Ecker Center provides a number of mental health services that are vital to the Elgin community. The event is happening now through noon on November 14tth at the Gail Borden Public Library.
