I wish to see evidence that allows you to use my biometric details and attach it to your fraudulent paperwork? I have categorically stated that I do not operate in HM government jurisdiction and make wish to see documentary evidence to the contrary? There is nothing legal or lawful about operating beyond power Mr Marsh! Coercion force and fraud is unlawful. Ignoring my emails and requests for clarification is not helping you Mr Marsh. Simon Hayes, Ipcc, Roger Trencher, ACPO, Cabinet office and local government agencies have not been able to provide documentary evidence that justifies your actions of Assault Robbery and unlawful imprisonment? Attaching my biometric details to your company paperwork is fraudulent and criminal behaviour, dishonouring your Oath of Office to serve and protect! He who dishonours loses Mr Marsh. Aaron Wight and Simon Axton are both in dishonour, they assaulted and robbed me, blackmailed for the return of my vehicle, unlawfully detained me and fraudulently attached my biometric details to the charges against the registered person. Despite telling them that I was not using said registered account and I didnt consent to contract with Hampshire and IOW police services. The charge sheet stated that both men were executing their duties as constables. They were in fact operating as functions of HM government and enforcing company policies ultra vires, unlawful violence against my will! I make wish to you for the return of my property and fair and just compensation for the duress caused by your staff. I request that both Aaron Wight and Simon Axton are charged appropriately, they are bound by the statutory laws they are enforcing because they are performing a function of HM government! Your actions are defamatory and malicious with intent, CRIMINAL! No contract, no contractual consent, no obligation and no liability. Legally speaking Its the claimants obligation to provide documentary evidence of a breach of contract in order to justify court intervention. Im still waiting despite requesting clarification for more than 18months Mr Marsh? Its shocking that the response has been hostility and violence, just for standing up for my rights as a man. Humanity has supremacy over commerce Mr Marsh, no parliamentary acts and statutes are above Me. That which can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence! I look forward to your answer in substance to the points raised. Its not rocket science or a legal debate, the cabinet office has confirmed that citizenship denotes the link between a registered person and the state is a legal concept, so legally speaking I wish to see a legal document which demonstrates a Legal obligation, consensual contract, full disclosure, lawful terms and conditions, intent and consideration. A presumption is hearsay evidence and fruits of the poisonous tree is inadmissible in a constitutionally established Common law court.
