Chiefs have sat on their rights: Players Status Committee According to the Players Status Committee judgment, Mochudi Centre Chiefs have sat on their rights to recall Galabgwe Moyana from loan. 35.0. In light of the above and having reference to the documents tendered in as evidence as read together with the facts of the case and the relevant FIFA Statutes, it is evident that upon the respondent having knowledge that Polokwane City will no longer need the services of the Player at the expiry of the loan agreement, the Respondent did not exercise their right to re-call the player from loan or conclude the loan agreement. 36.0 Under the circumstances, the Respondent have sat on their rights to re-call the player from loan or conclude the loan agreement within the last transfer period and therefore any team which is interested in the services of the player is implored to immediately engage the player and finally facilitate his move from Polokwane City through the FIFA Transfer Matching System as read together with the relevant FIFA statutes. 37.0 Regarding the issue of the player signing two contracts with two different teams, the Players Status Committee do not have the mandate to rule on such conduct and therefore the matter is referred back to Botswana Premier League Prosecution Office or any other relevant body to make a determination on players conduct. 38.0 All appeals shall be lodged in writing ten (10) days, excluding weekends as the public holidays of the date of the decision by lower body as per BFA Play Rules and Regulations; Regulation 10.1.3.
