Child, breathe deep. Your breath is the life force of the new earth. It is the wind that spreads the seeds of abundance across the Great Plains of spiritual freedom. Only you control your breath; dont let them take that away from you. When the black clouds of oppression hover over your people, remember the undying effulgence of your own heart and use your love and art to remind them of their own. Vibrate the clouds with your compassionate action, shake the rain from their grips and let the seeds of change be nourished.
