Teachers are required to teach subjects they know nothing about. Money is wasted on rubber rooms where the politically incorrect are sent to rot at taxpayers expense. The monthly lunch tab for the Fat Cats approaches $25,000 a month. The deficit runs to $60 million. If this were a white, affluent--or even working-class--school district, the superintendent would have been tossed out months ago. But Newark is under the racist control of that knuckle dragger, Chris Christie and the superintendent is a groupie of Cory Booker, and so it doesnt matter.
