Chiles Toreados Add 1 Tablespoon oil and 6 or 7 jalapeños to a hot discada cook peppers over medium heat until skin is blistered on all sides then remove. Add 1/4 medium onion that has been thinly sliced along with 1/2 teaspoon sea salt cook until onions are soft. Return chilies to the discada and add 1 Tablespoon soy sauce and 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce cook until sauce is a thick glaze.
