Chilli Killers! My sister got this recipe from a mexican friend of hers and I have always loved it whenever she made it. It always seems like a lot of work so today I just threw it all in the sc to see what would happen..... it was awesome!!! I could only fit 5 tomatos so didnt quite use the whole packet of cornchips and i used about 1/2 cup of stock. I used about half the chilli but couldnt even taste it so added a bit of cayenne at the end (the recipe calls for freshly chopped chilli which I will do next time). I also added about half a cup of cheese at the end. Cooked on high for close to 4 hrs and I gave it a good stir about every 1/2 hr... but I dont think u need to do it that often. Served on rice with a bit of sour cream (traditionally its fetta but I didnt have any). Yummy!
