Chilli garlic noodles & Chicken Manchurian Chilli garlic Noodles Ingredients 200 gm egg noodles 1 large onions finely sliced 1./4 cup julienne veg( cabbage,carrot n three colors peppers) 5-6 beans thinly sliced 6-7 crushed or grated garlic 1 green chilli slit 1 tsp red chilli flakes 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp chilli soy sauce 1 tsp chilli venigar ¼ tsp sugar 1 tbsp oil Salt and pepper to taste 6 Spring onions Method Boil noodles by adding salt and oil to the water. Cook for 5 mins and rinse with running cold water. Spray oil to noodles.Keep aside. In a pan heat oil,add garlic n sauté till aromatic. Add onions,green chillis,chilli flakes n sauté. Add all veges one by one and stir. Add sugar,soy sauce,chillisauce,venigar. Add noodle and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot. Chicken Manchurian Ingredients Marinade: 500gm boneless chicken 1 Lemon juice 1tsp ginger garlic paste Salt n pepper to taste 3tbsp maida 2tbsp cornflour Oil to fry For Gravy: 1 tsp ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped 1 capsicum(half chopped n half cut in cubes) 1 onions roughly chopped 6 spring onions (leaf n onion chopped separated) 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tsp vinegar 2 tsp Worcester sauce ¼ tsp black pepper powder 1 ½ cups water 3 tsp cornflour Salt to taste 1tbsp oil Instructions: Marinate chicken first using all marinades n keep at least for an hour. Now add corn flour and maida to it. And fry till golden brown in color. Keep aside . In another pan heat oil,add chopped spring onion bulbs fry till translucent now add chopped ginger n garlic n sauté till aromatic. Now add onions,and capsicum cubes. And stir. Add salt n pepper to taste. Add soy n Worcester sauce n mix. Add vinegar to it, . mix again. Add water wen boils add chicken. Mix cornflour in little water and add to the the gravy Garnish with spring onions. Serve Hot with noodles For Vegetarians..u can simply replace chicken with paneer or make manchurian balls by using few grated cabbage. remove extra moisture with the help of a muslin cloth. add chooped chilles,coriander leaves,season with salt n pepper n lil bit of soy sauce. add corn flour n maida to this mixture,make balls n deep fry them. enjoy:))
