China tests a new hypersonic missile. I feel safer already. For those of you not aerospace buffs, this new missile is a concern because unlike rockets that go into space to deploy a nuclear payload, this thing stays in the atmosphere, launches a steerable aircraft that flies 10 times the speed of sound with a payload that would be difficult to find or shoot down. This is a long range weapon, so who do you think might be the target? Some friends weve got, of more concern, some foreign policy weve got.
