China was an unforgettable experience the people treated us very well and as Paul said in his post treated like rock stars for a week. Pauls fight was and 8 rounder against #China Lt Heavyweight no1 #QuPeng was an absolute toe to toe war and Peng tried his best to get Paul out of there in the early rounds but #TheMechanic weathered the storm and began landing his own bombs in the 3rd rocking the 6ft 3inch Peng with some great hooks and vicious body shots the fourth was a seesaw battle as was the 5 th with Paul getting the better of that round and Peng obviously tiring. The referee came to me at the end of the round holding up 6 fingers stating 6 rounds or round 6 I understanding the later.. Qu Peng Rallied again early in the 6 th but Paul Watson went with him centre ring and the war continued with The Mechanic coming home strong. The fight was cut short two rounds from 8 to 6 and I believe Paul would of had his opponent in trouble before the end of 8.. Albeit we lost on Pts over 6 rounds. Paul got a standing ovation in front of the 6000 + strong crowd and got mobbed on his return to ringside to watch the two main fights taking time to sign many autographs and posing for photos with his new Chinese fans..Id like to thank my old friend #LuiGang and his team at #ZoviBoxing and also Angelo Hyder for his help and Blake from Zovi Boxing who was spot on with all her organisation and #ThePeopleRepublicofChina for inviting us us to their amazing country and treating us so well.. I believe #china will be a Mecca for future big time
