Chinese Loans are not a problem - Corruption would be the tragedy... While we are increasingly getting into more debt in my view Chinese and other loans are not a problem if we use them for the right reasons especially infrastructure development and capital expenditure. The real tragedy on these funds is corruption.... Where we borrow to steal! The tragedy of African countries is corruption.... In China corruption is ruthlessly dealt with. In Singapore they eradicated corruption many years ago, its not part of their national discourse. We need to eradicate corruption in our country, I agree with PLOs views in our Swahili BBC Sema Kenya show Corruption should be declared a national disaster with measures similar to our fight against HIV/AIDSs adopted.... We even need a support group of People Living with Corruption and popular campaigns for People who embrace a corrupt free Kenya! Jamani corruption itatumaliza...
