Chiropractic: Neck Pain Can Cause Visual Problems! Compared with individuals who do not have neck pain, those who do are more likely to report vision-related problems. When neck pain patients experience visual problems, more than half report they are sensitive to light or need to concentrate to read. Less common problems include dizziness while reading, difficulty judging distances, double vision, and visual fatigue.
