Chocolate Chip Bean Pot Cookie One dish & wooden spoon…Simple & Easy! Ingredients: 2 ¼ cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 cup butter, melted ¾ cup granulated sugar ¾ cup brown sugar, packed 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 large eggs 12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips Directions: In your Celebrating Home Bean Pot, add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) & stir. Pour in chocolate chips and stir again. Spread evenly across the bottom. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 28 minutes. Turn down to 325 degrees then bake another 28 minutes. Don’t preheat oven. Best with an Oval Bean Pot. Cookie is done when the batter no longer moves and the cookie test done with a toothpick. Cut into pie shaped pieces to serve. It is so good served warm. Just made this the other day for my hubby & served it warm & with ice cream & chocolate syrup. Your home will smell yummy and it taste great!
