Chocolate. If you are like me, sometimes you just crave fantastic chocolate. I love it when I discover a new chocolate that surprises me by how good it is. I also absolutely love it whenever someone is passionate about something, and stretches themselves to achieve it, and pays attention to making the quality of each detail the best it can be. After traveling the world, and tasting most of the great chocolate in existence, I can strongly recommend Marsatta Chocolates as not only the highest quality chocolate, but also one of the most fantastic chocolatiers. Jeffray and his wife are following a dream, and in the process came across some major set-backs. That is why we are helping them now. After discovering Jeffray and Marsatta Chocolates existed, there were times I requested specific new types of chocolate from him. Jeffray has stayed up all night until he figured out how to make it in a better way than I had ever seen it done before, and then hand-delivered it to me just before I needed to catch a plane to a different country! Talk about not only quality but also service - that is true passion! It was a big blow earlier this year when they won large contracts for giving chocolate, but only couldnt fulfill the contract because they needed some simple equipment that they did not have which only cost a few thousand dollars.
